Pre-School Funfit Reward Scheme - 3-5 Years
The Pre-School Funfit/Fundamentals Reward Scheme introduces Gymnastics to boys and girls at an early age. This programme is divided into three categories: Action, Balance and Co-Ordination. Every level within the course has a badge and certificate available as a reward for the children's participation. They will also interact with different coaches and different children, whilst learning to share and wait turns. This helps to develop an understanding of socially acceptable behaviour.

Proficiency Award Scheme - 5-14 Years
The course is open to boys and girls aged between 5 and 14 years of age. All participants will follow the British Gymnastics Award Scheme, from level 8 to 1, based on the concept of completing a number of moves from each level before progressing to the next one. The Awards cover six sets of 10 exercises, graded from the simplest level, Award 8, and working up towards a more advanced level.
