After School Clubs
Course Content
The National Pentathlete Award Scheme is offered to Boys and Girls from Year 1 to Year 6, inclusive, (the Reception classes can participate in the Summer term) solely for the pupils from each Primary School. The award scheme is a national qualification covering numerous sports. Netball/Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Hockey, Athletics, Gymnastics, Tri-golf, Badminton, Rounders, Baseball and Benchball are just some of the sports undertaken. Children participating can achive either Bronze, Silver or Gold awards, relevant to their age and ability. Each week those children who have shown outstanding sporting talent will receive a medal for their achievement. There will be a presentation to all children on the final session of each full term, where each child will receive a certificate.
Kit
Indoor and Warm Outdoor P.E kit is required. It is advisable for your child to take a drink, preferably a non-carbonated drink and snack for a short break.
Supervision
All children are fully supervised throughout the session and are not allowed to leave the premises until a Parent/Guardian collects the child from the hall/wave-off area.
